Epicurean took their traditional handy board and classed it up a bit. Scales made from their slate-colored material add comfort and strength to the handles. Each scale is fastened to the boards by hand with custom brass rivets made in Chicago especially for Epicurean. Dishwasher safe, knife friendly, eco-friendly, made in the USA & heat resistant to 350°.
